RPS Racks Up BAAA Awards

Richman Property Services communities and associates came away with two big Gold Medallion Awards from last month’s Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA) event in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Receiving top honors for Conventional Community of the Year (under 350 units) was The Sedona in Tampa. The community’s resort-style design and lifestyle amenities, not to mention its exemplary customer service, elevated it among a competitive field of award finalists.

The coveted Maintenance Supervisor of the Year (350+ units) title went to Aurora’s own William Martinez. Martinez leads the prolific team at the Downtown Tampa location, setting the bar for service standards in the market.

The 2023 BAAA Gold Medallion Awards took place on Nov. 17 at the Mahaffey Theatre in Downtown St. Petersburg.
