2023 RPS Leadership Conference

Our recent Leadership Conference, held in June of 2023, was an inspiring gathering where we rallied under the banner of “We are Richman.”

The conference served as a powerful platform for reconnection and the cultivation of new relationships among our Richman Property Services family. It was a valuable opportunity to tap into the collective wisdom that lies within our organization. By sharing personal anecdotes and engaging in collaborative endeavors, we collectively propelled our organization to new heights. Over the course of three days, our teams were treated to a keynote speaker from The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, a night dedicated to honoring our 2022 achievements with awards, and a nostalgic trip back to the 80s.

As we look to the future, we are excited about the path ahead. We are committed to leading with purpose and continuing to raise the standard in property services. The conference has left us inspired and motivated, and we are eager to build on this momentum as we work together toward continued success.
