We credit every long-standing, and returning Richman Property Services team member, to our rewarding company culture. RPS is committed to giving back to our communities through philanthropic programs and hands-on volunteering initiatives. A company-wide “Day of Giving” is dedicated to ensure employees can volunteer their time to charitable organizations without having to use paid time off to do so. We also partner with local small businesses to further weave ourselves into the fabric of our communities and do our part in helping them flourish. Our efforts in this area make us recognize the impact that a little giving back can have on humanity.
